The Their! digital service provides a comprehensive solution for smart home management, seamlessly integrating with your smartphone to enhance the functionality of your residential experience.

This service allows you to manage access to your entrance and shared areas of the residential complex from anywhere in the world. You can receive video calls from visitors, grant access to friends using electronic keys, and eliminate the need to remember codes or access points. The application simplifies the process of managing entry, making it far more convenient.

Moreover, Their! ensures that you remain informed while away from home through a digital bulletin board and news feed. All residents within the complex can engage in discussions and solve communal issues through private and group chats.

When a guest approaches, they select an apartment number to initiate a call that is transmitted to all registered residents within that apartment. The call is received like a standard phone call, allowing you to view live video from the intercom camera.

 News Feed: The platform provides a personalized news feed containing relevant information pertaining to residents' locations, curated through customizable subscription settings.
